My son has problems with his lungs and health. We have been trying to get his meds for over a month. Every time we think we are going to get his meds delivered they call the day before delivery telling us there a delay. Trying to find somewhere else to go that takes our insurance and has his meds. This has effected his health really bad. They always tell people deferent info and they don't keep notes at all.

TL/DR The incompetence of this place is unreal. They blatantly lie and don't even try to give decent service. Don't use them for anything. First bad experience they didn't have enough of a medication to fill my whole order and gave me 10 pills with the assurance that I would get a call when the rest was available. Over a week later I called them and they told me that the script had been filled but then thrown out as it wasn't picked up. I reminded them that they said they would call me and the pharmacist told me they don't call customers. That exact moment another person working there was on a headset and said into it " hello Mr _______. This is Walgreens calling you to let you know your prescription is ready" Like...right in front of me while the other guy is saying they don't call people. Then...another script, i called numerous times and they said there was something about the insurance and they would look into it and call me back. 2 days later I again called THEM and they lied to me saying someone called and left a message saying the insurance required mail order and they can't/won't help me further. No calls and no messages no voicemails came to my phone from them so that wasn't true. So...I called my insurance. They said they don't require mail order and told me they would look into local preferred pharmacies they use and guess who they came up with first!? This very walgreens. When i told them that walgreens told me you told them they can't fill this script the agent said there is no way that is true as thier clients use that pharmacy often and there was nothing about mine that would make anyone tell them it had to be mail ordered. So they lied about calling and lied about why they wouldn't fill the script. So they lied numerous times to me, refuse to be helpful and have lost my business and anyone else I can tell about it. These are important mental health drugs that i need and have now gone 2 weeks without because of them givung me the runaround and lying. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

All the pharmacies downtown are terrible except this one, which is great. You can get through the automated system and reach the pharmacy staff quickly. If any issues come up while filling your prescription, they work with you to resolve them. This store has more staff than other pharmacies, so you don’t have to deal with long wait times. Plus, the staff is so nice and friendly. They’ll learn your name after a few visits. I fill my dog’s prescription here, too, and the staff always asks about him This pharmacy has shorter hours than typical (9am-6pm from M- F, 10-2 on Sat, closed in Sun), which can be annoying if you need a script filled at odd hours. I haven’t found this a major issue (I use a different store if I need something ASAP), but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, this store is great.

My insurance typically makes me use another pharmacy but one medicine I get I can only get here. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is always so kind. You get to speak a person after only one phone prompt which is SO less frustrating than most places where you never get to speak to a person. Pharmacy staffs get some much hatred for just doing their jobs. They don't set the medicine prices. They don't have any say over what your insurance says. They cant control what mistakes your doctor's office may have made. They actually often help as much a they can to help you obtain meds you need. I wish this pharmacy was closer to me and insurance would allow me to use them for all my meds. Everyone I've talked to for the last 2 years has always been so wonderful. Great pharmacy!
