I had my spinal fusion here a couple weeks ago. I love the people that work here, I got treated with respect and they took care of me.

I waited nearly an hour for my prescription that was supposed to be ready at 8am. I arrived at 3:40pm, already experiencing withdrawal symptoms. When I got there, staff told me it would take about 20 minutes to prepare, but they’d “put a rush on it” so I wouldn’t have to wait that long. After 30 minutes, they suddenly said they were trying to get it to go through my insurance - something they apparently hadn’t even started when I arrived. I ended up waiting 45 minutes total. During this time, while I was visibly shivering and crying, the pharmacy staff were laughing loudly, making jokes, and discussing their Halloween plans. They knew Suboxone is a medication people physically struggle without, yet showed zero urgency or compassion. When the pharmacist finally rang me up, they offered no apology or acknowledgment of what had just happened. Multiple pharmacy staff, doctors, and nurses at Allina hospital walked past me in obvious distress and did nothing to check if I was okay. Additional issues with this pharmacy: • MyChart lists them as open 24 hours - they are NOT • This is a HOSPITAL pharmacy where patients are discharged at all hours with urgent medication needs • They also still list the Heart Hospital pharmacy, which is now closed entirely Warning to others: Double-check where your prescriptions are being sent due to these changes, or you’ll face delays and have to contact your provider to resubmit to the correct location.

Terrible service. Requested last week from my chart for my medications to be mailed out, but days later, medication is still at facility for pick up. When I reached out today to staff regarding the same, he was unwelcoming talking like he lacked motivation to work or having a bad day. More room for improvement.

Traffic lines would be appropriate to have because exit to 26th Ave wait on the middle to get to 26th street of the road by knowing you can only turn left. But I was sure Allina can not afford paint.
