Capsule pharmacy is wonderful to work with. The app is easy to navigate, and staff are very responsive. They are often able to schedule same-day deliveries. I recently had some issues with my insurance covering a particular medication and staff here went above and beyond, promptly responding to messages and resolving the issue within 24hrs. I highly recommend Capsule!

I’ve been using Capsule Pharmacy for about four years now in the Twin Cities area, and they have been exceptional. Their prescription delivery service is incredibly reliable — my medications arrive right at my front door like clockwork, which makes managing everything simple and stress-free. The ordering process through the app is easy, communication is clear, and their team has always been professional and responsive. There have only been one or two occasions where I felt frustrated due to supply shortages, but those situations were clearly outside of Capsule’s control and not related to their service. Overall, Capsule has made handling prescriptions far more convenient than using a traditional pharmacy. After several years of consistent service here in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, I can confidently recommend them.

I was referred to ClearX/Capsule by my prenatal clinic who uses them. Staff was highly communicative and flexible with getting me an antibiotic that I needed at 30 weeks of gestation to prevent major complications. There were no more options for same day delivery at the time I opted to have it delivered, so they ensured I could still get it same day by sending my Rx over to the nearest pharmacy. Responded immediately after every text, during after hours, and ensured I received my antibiotic in a timely manner even after they were closed and the pharmacy was having trouble locating it in their fax queue. Couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received from Capsule! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don’t usually write reviews but I have been really happy with my capsule experience. I e had such challenges with prescriptions lately and Capsule is timely, they text back and it gets delivered to me which is so amazing so I don’t have to haul my child around, especially in cases when they aren’t feeling well. When I need something time sensitive they are incredibly responsive! I was hesitant to try at first but now I have switched everything I can over for myself and my child.

I am very unimpressed with the “service” I have received from Capsule pharmacy. My medical provider uses Clear Rx to manage prescribed medications. Despite me choosing to fill my prescription with my regular pharmacy and receiving confirmation of same, some how Capsule “filled” the prescription and billed my insurance. This was on January 20. Despite them billing my insurance, I never received the prescription. I am headed into week two of calls/texts from Capsule where I am told it is fixed, just to be told by my insurance and my pharmacy that it’s not fixed. I have yet to receive any explanation as to under what authority the filled the prescription and still no real assistance with the issue. Given the concern my next step is to report insurance fraud.
