This pharmacy failed to add liquid and mix my child’s oral medication. When we went to use it, the medication only had powder in the bottle and we had to drive to Saint Paul pharmacy at 10pm to get it properly mixed and give him his dose of medication. I can not fathom the negligence of a children’s hospital pharmacy of not adequately mixing the medication. They provide care to sick children and should have the highest standard of ensuring medication is correct. My son is only 2.5 months old.

I've never have any problems with their pharmacy, I've always been treated with respect. I know the staff very well, my son has been going to Childrens for 12 years and counting. I am very sorry if anyone has had any bad experience because I know there a wonderful pharmacy with wonderful and kind pharmacist that serves with care.

Staff fail to be empathetic and helpful to parents in dire need. Had parents calling all over town for an oncology prescription knowing they could not find it anywhere.

Extremely rude staff. Doesn’t compare to all the other departments in the hospital.
