They redid this target and it’s really nice now. Came here straight from urgent care so my prescriptions weren’t ready yet but only had to wait 15 minutes. Interacted with two pharmacy techs and the pharmacist and everyone was kind, polite, and efficient.

Sara Herman is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the medication I needed. I got there just a few minutes before close but I needed the time sensitive medication. She deserves a raise!!!

Kayden and the Pharmacist who was on duty whose name started with an S and he wears glasses (4/15/16 after 2pm) did a great job along with the rest of the team. They got me out the door with my new med in no time and gave me a laugh. The community appreciates you all.

The in-store pharmacy staff are great, but CVS’s chatbot and automated phone system are aggressively obstructive. It feels designed to keep customers from reaching the local pharmacy, and it routinely turns simple, time-sensitive pharmacy questions into a frustrating maze. After a caller navigates the tedium of talking to a bot that doesn’t listen, drops calls, and ignores you, you’re sent to a voicemail box where you verbally confirm you need a callback. CVS then has the audacity to text you with a message where callers have to once again confirm you want a callback and again tries to deflect your call to an automated bot. That kind of barrier delays care and creates material safety risks for patients who need to speak to a pharmacist. CVS needs to stop hiding humans behind automation and make direct access to the in-store pharmacy the default. It’s clear that CVS’ concern is their shareholders and bottom-line, at the expense of their customers who rely on them for critical care.

Had great experiences with the downtown CVS ! It can be busy but they have patience and they do their best ! Great work pharmacy team !
