This is a small update. I have added a few more items to this review to fully understand how this pharmacy functions. This items include some more details of what this pharmacy does and some photos. This is one excellent pharmacy! It is located on the first floor of M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Minneapolis. This clinic which opened up for business on February 22 2016 is reaching it's 10th anniversary. The pharmacy is an integral part of this facility, which integrates many different aspects of medical care into one building. I will list the reasons, why I think this is one of the better pharmacies in the Twin cities. I will also upload some photos,so you can see this pharmacy & how it looks & works. My main reason for giving them a high rating is that is very convenient to use. If you are a patient at this clinic,and your doctor orders you a medication. You don't have to go very far to obtain it. It's in the building on the first floor and you will save time and don't have to travel. The people & pharmacists that work here are extremely professional and want to help you. Ordering a medication here is very easy. Your doctor can just send it down to them by computer If you need a refill just call the phone number listed on the Google maps business profile. You can also talk to a live person! Which to me is a definite plus! You can also get a refill through their MyChart online service, which I use often. I have been using the pharmacy for years and never had any problems obtaining my medication. It's a user friendly place! Once I had a doctor's appointment at this location. I told the M.D. I used a skin lotion for acne.( My condition returned.) I couldn't remember the name of it. The doctor looked at my medical record. My medical records showed the name,he sent it down to this pharmacy by computer and I had it quickly! ,I didn't have to make another appointment. Finally I would like to talk about the pharmacists that work here. They will explain to you everything you need to know about your medication. They will take the time with you and you will know how to use it properly, and why it was ordered for you etc. The pharmacists are caring. They are interested in your well-being!! They are the best of the best! All the reasons I mentioned above are most of the reasons, why I use this place. It is small and easy to navigate around. It's a good place to get the right care. That's important in today's world. It's a place I think you will like!!(P.S. there is paid parking if you are going to be there awhile.If you need to just pickup a completed prescription,you can park in the driveway in front of this building near the pharmacy.. I have done this many times and there is no charge. It essentially free parking for a short time. This facility knows about this procedure. They have no problem with it. Just let the parking lot attendant know. If they know you just going to pickup a medicine,you should have no problem.!). You also don't have to be a member of Fairview to use this pharmacy. It's a community pharmacy which is open to the public. The hours of operation for this Pharmacy are Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm- noon. They are closed on Sunday. This facility is handicap accessible! This pharmacy does COVID, Influenza and other vaccines. They also do blood pressure checks which is an important part of your healthcare.You need to call the number listed on the Google business profile for an appointment to get vaccinated or a blood pressure check.I never had a long delay for any of my medications from this pharmacy. If I ever need to have more information on a medication. I call one of the pharmacists during their business hours. You will not have to wait long to talk to a pharmacist. Just another good procedure that this pharmacy has to offer!!

I have been more than patient and understanding with this Pharmacy however, I can't do it anymore. I have been picking up my RX's here since June 2025. Unbeknowst to me that was a HUGE MISTAKE. Because, the communication from this Pharmacy is little to none and even after talking to the manager things didn't get any better? Either they don't fill my RX's with the preferred NDC, they don't fill the full RX's or forget to put them in the bag. Which is an inconvenience to me considering I catch Lyfts/Ubers to get there or I am on the bus. I have gone there with a surgical boot, cane, crutches or scooter etc. To pick up meds to only turn around and have to come back? Lyfts/Ubers aren't cheap at all, of this could have been avoided if they picked up the phone and communicate with me the challenges they may be facing when it comes to my RX's? I was not aware that the Pharmacy was closing at 5 pm. I spoke with the Pharmacist and told her I would come back down after my appointment. Mike felt the need to tell me we close in 40 minutes? He only said it because, Cub Pharmacy needed to be called to transfer my RX that could only be filled at Fairview Pharmacies for the full quantity. Had it been filled for the full amount the first time, I wouldn't transferred it to Cub. Also Mike is the person that mailed my RX's and again the full amount was not filled AGAIN??? I felt that was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary on Mike's part. Because, I had came to the Pharmacy at 3:30 pm and had to wait. The only reason I gave the 1 star is because, I had to, to be able to write this review. They really need to do better with the communication before they change anything with people prescriptions and Mike needs to be mindful when it comes to what he says and how he says it to customers.

The Pharmacy department have the most caring staffs. I have been getting my RX's for over 20+years and everyone's is great!! There was a time, or two I had been too sick to pick up my medicine and they had it delivered to my home, or mailed directly to me. If you shop on Wednesday for OTC products you get a discount. This place feels like home and family!!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, almost every time I go there they either cannot find my order or need to call the clinic multiple times before they can figure it out. They are connected to the boynton clinic, why is the communication so bad? Any other pharmacy would be better.

It sucks how much harder it is to deal with pharmacies these days. I had to stop using retail pharmacies because of their supply issues with my prescriptions, limiting their hours and no longer taking phone calls. Fairview pharmacy has been better on most all of that, except the hours. I work full time, and I called ahead to tell them I was racing to get there before close on a weekday, but it would be tight by literally two minutes. And they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. Maybe it’s too much to ask for a little grace these days. But man. Just sad I’m going to have to go without medication tonight because of two minutes.
