Fast service and great techs and amazing pharmacists who are there to consult you in your home language. No place like Juba it’s home. But we just need to learn to be a little more patient with others. Thank you guys for the incredible work you do for this community!

Saturday 11/12025 it was not open at 9Am there was 2 tech pharmacists standing , they said let’s get your number and we will call you but no one called . Come Monday it was open and it’s time for them to attend and give answers

On Saturday November 16, my son was prescribed a prescription for delivery and I did not receive it. It was a priority medication and in the end I had to come (4 days later) to the location and she stated “well, the driver called you”. For started you didn’t call any of the people on the file (just straight up lied). Secondly the person that I communicated with didn’t apologize for there wrongdoings and was just repeating what she said “the the the driver was suppose to contact and had contact you” (this is not true). Lastly, there was no communication from Juba Pharmacy. They stated that the driver was responsible for contacting me, but this is unjustifiable. It reflects poor pharmacy phone etiquette, as it is the pharmacy's responsibility to contact the patient, not the driver's. This is a matter of professionalism. The pharmacy should have a meeting to discuss how to better interact with patients. P.S. The lady who was “assisting” me seemed like she didn’t care and lacked both understanding and professionalism of how to handle patients concerns (among other things). Also, reading the responses of the owner reflect their LACK of professionals so I suggest that the “owner” redact there comments on the negative commentary and instead work on fixing their mistakes. Think of this comment as an opportunity to grow and improve your business model.

typically fast (and if it's not, they explain why), great communication and service, excellent neighborhood pharmacy and the attached grocery is nice too!

Horrible service. I’ve came to pick up my same medication 3 times and it’s never ready and I’ve waited over 27 minutes each time. They are clueless to the job they’re supposed to be doing .
