It’s wild how much the store has changed over the years. You need an employee to follow you around the whole store to get everything you need because everything is locked up. And then they will have one person at the register well the rest of the people are wandering around and you will be in line for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes. . Walgreens, if you’re not worried about people stealing from you, then you should not be open. You have to hit a buzzer and wait to get candy at this location.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would… Constantly understaffed, horrible customer service, expect to be on hold on the phone for half an hour every time, (tip: call the front desk at the regular Walgreens number and you’ll get put through faster cause they sometimes just don’t pick up at the pharmacy ) and then today they just decided to close without any explanation “we might open tomorrow” the worst pharmacy experience regularly by a long shot, this place should be looked into, revamped, or closed.

Went to get some candy from the isle and the young woman looked fully annoyed and bothered by having to be taken away from putting away the order she was stocking to help me by opening the doors to the merchandise. She needs to remember helping customers should be a welcome break from stocking shelves. That customer service takes priority over everything else and that if it weren't for us, she wouldn't have that job in the first place. Nobody likes going into a store that has to lock everything behind glass doors as it is. At the very least, the employees could ease the annoyance by being friendly, quick to help, and not make you feel rushed to pick what you want while they stand there staring at you like you're a criminal or something.

My wife came home in tears because of how condescending and rude the staff was. Avoid. Flat out avoid this Walgreens. They would be better off making this prepay self service.

This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. I actually drive 20 minutes out to the suburbs to a different pharmacy because I'm so sick of how poorly the management treats their staff and customers. Whoever manages this Walgreens has kept it understaffed constantly since 2020, and they clearly mistreat their employees, who are always in a foul, unconcerned mood (probably caused by mistreatment from management) nor motivated to be helpful in the slightest. Hold times on the phone usually take 60 minutes minimum. When you ask the actual pharmacist for advice, who is often absent, (which causes the pharmacy to temporarily close until they can return,) the pharmacist is usually unhelpful and doesn't give much advice beyond: "talk to your regular doctor." If there are positive reviews of this pharmacy, they are most likely generated by AI or bots, because this pharmacy is truly a customer experience nightmare.
