⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am having a great experience with Capsule! Their communication is excellent. Everything is clear, timely, and easy to understand. They’re fast, reliable, and always keep you in the loop. One of my favorite features is how they send helpful reminders when it’s time to refill your prescriptions, so you never have to worry about forgetting. They also notify you right away when you have a new prescription available, which makes the whole process stress-free. The app is super convenient too, you can even add family members, making it easy to manage everyone’s prescriptions in one place. Overall, Capsule makes everything simple and efficient. Highly recommend!

The service was good at first but my second delivery was for my blood pressure medicine which is 196/89. I really needed my medicine since I’ve been waiting for them to respond but they couldn’t deliver it between 12-3 so I updated it to 6-9. Never got a text back or anything and I’m paying good for a tip for there services but this the last time I’m using them I rather go to the pharmacy and pick it up! Don’t recommend them unless you are close to there location otherwise you’ll be out of luck. Very disappointed in the service

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely unconscionable service — should be looked at by regulators. Placed an order for medicine for my husband after an urgent care visit at 9:30am yesterday (Saturday); supposed to be delivered to our building between 2-5pm the same day. Nothing by 5pm. Called and a friendly customer service rep told me the courier was one stop away and would be to us by 5:15pm. Called again at 5:55pm. Different, also lovely, rep told me the courier was on its way to us and 5min away. Lovely people telling straight up lies. When I called again, close to 6:30pm, the pharmacy was closed. No affirmative communication from Capsule about the delay, smoke and mirrors from customer service reps, no way to reach them after 6pm, and no option to get this script filed elsewhere. AND IT GETS WORSE... I called Capsule customer service as soon as they opened on Sunday morning at 10am. After 30 minutes on hold, I was connected to a lovely rep who told me she could see our delivery the day before had gotten stuck in some glitch. I asked her to move the Rx to the Capsule pharmacy in Philly so I could pick it up in person. She said she'd do so and I should just give it an hour or so to be processed by the pharmacy. At around 12:30pm, I arrive at the Capsule pharmacy at 20th and Sansom Streets, which was supposed to be open from 10am to 2pm on Sundays. It's locked up, no lights on, with a trash bin in the lobby and a closed metal grate covering the pharmacy window. I just about lost it. I called Capsule for the 10th (??) time in less than 24 hours and, again after holding, reached a rep. She was super empathetic and put me on hold to talk with her manager and try to figure out why the Philly pharmacy wasn't open when it was supposed to be... They couldn't come up with anything and so I asked them to transfer the Rx to our local CVS, in hopes we might be able to get it today. She helped do so and, 10 minutes later, I got a text from CVS that the Rx was ready for pick-up. Moral of the story? Capsule has lovely service team members AND an utterly broken business model that puts customer's health at risk. DO NOT USE. Call your local pharmacy instead.

I am very disappointed with Capsule Pharmacy. They advertise same day delivery, but that was not my experience at all. My prescription was sent in earlier in the day and the delivery window was supposed to be 1 to 4. Nothing ever arrived. No updates, no communication, and no delivery. I never received my medication. Their service is unreliable and does not match what they promise.

First off I didn’t even want to use this pharmacy, However, I was encouraged by the urgent care I went to. Secondly, I decided to give it a try, in which they tried to charge me. I tried to explain to them that I had two insurances so no copay but ultimately I ended up just paying the co-pay theysaid I had to pay. Thirdly, they didn’t have any sooner days to deliver other than two days out, So I scheduled a delivery. It said it will come between 1pm-4pm and at 3:30, I reached out since no delivery or update was provided. I was then told that they were unable to deliver my order and have to reschedule. Like if people need their medication, how can you just play around with the delivery like that? Will never use this again, requested for a transfer and refund, STILL WAITING.
