I basically just use this place for the pharmacy. I used to be a Rite Aid customer. For as busy as CVS is there's never a long wait and often I walk right up and get taken care of(maybe it's the time of day I go). They just installed tablets to use for prescription pick up and it was quite a smooth transaction. They also are very responsive in answering a questions or concerns. I used the contact us option on the app and alln3 times Ive used it they've gotten back to me in a hour or so. In today's world I think its pretty impressive. As far as shopping and prices I havent honestly. The store is packed with merchandise and customers and way too chaotic for me. As much as I dislike issues it brings up with jobs,big businesse etc I purchase whatever I can online and get it delivered to me door. So unless I really need something I will just be a pharmacy customer. So all and all ....excellent

Have been using this pharmacy for a year and a half. Over half the times there has been some sort of issue with my prescription on my end, usually that they just haven't filled it. Most recently I had to go back twice to get a prescription filled that I ran out of after the first time trying. My doctor had just re-sent the prescription. On the second time they proceeded to give me a hard time for running out and complained about having to fill it while I waited. I'm switching my pharmacy. I've seen other people similarly upset with various problems like this while waiting. They are understaffed and frankly while some of the staff are probably doing just their best, some clearly just do not care about who gets their medication, which is dangerous. Do not go here if you would like a reliable way to get your meds.

Went into this CVS to buy medicine for my flu with my mom. I pressed the customer service button, waited 3 minutes, and pushed it again. I then heard the worker raise his voice and say in a very rude tone “Jesus, I heard you, can you wait like one second?” I proceeded to wait and when he approached me he looked me in the eye and said rudely “are you okay?? Like we heard you. Seriously, are you okay?” My jaw dropped and I said I’m going to take my business elsewhere and he said “okay, good”. I told him on my way out he needed to work on his customer service skills. My mom and I were dumbfounded and I’ve never been treated that way by an employee, ever. I will not be returning here. He should be fired. Wish I caught his name.

They work hard 24x7 with a belligerent South Philly crowd who don’t show them the least gratitude. But, they soldier on. Great store, great people. And thank you.
