I switched locations to 908 walnut street because of the lady at the front desk!! She sooo rude and ALWAYS have ATTITUDES.. and it was EVERY TIME I’ve went there which was every 2wks!! So I switched locations which I love the walnut street location

I hate going here. Front desk staff are very rude. Especially the older black women with the shoulder-length hair that is almost always working the front. I dread picking up meds everytime she's there. She's unnecessarily mean & always has rude comments or responses. It is very obvious, she doesn't even try to hide her apparent hate for the customers. The other pharmacy staff never stop her or even look up from their work. I don't think they care about their customers & that is very disheartening to me. I hope a manager sees this & addresses her attitude.

The cashier is incredibly nasty. their line system sucks. Doctors regularly cut in front of every patient and get away with it because they’re in scrubs.. Not to mention going through a metal detector and having to have security put their grimy paws all through my diabetes bag just to get harassed by pharmacy staff

Someone else mentioned there's a woman that is rude. I believe on this visit I had her wait on me. I attempted to tell her I called earlier and was bluntly interrupted and instructed to do as she requested. Not to mention, no friendly greeting or a smile. Only a scowel and indifference. Not a customer service friendly person. I never post reviews. But her treatment was horrible enough to cause me to. I hope I never have to interact with her again.

Great pharmacy very quick BUT this one lady that works there is very RUDE. I have experienced it every time I have been there and unfortunately always interact with her. She has an attitude if you ask her a simple question. The worst part for me was when I had to deal with her when I went to pick up my medication right after my miscarriage. She always makes me feel uncomfortable.
