I adore pharmacy of America 5. I've used them for all my prescriptions. The entire staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I want to give a shout out to the woman who delivered my latest prescriptions. Elivera was so sweet she waited until I answered the door(it took me awhile) and greeted me with a big smile. The warmth in her smile and voice made me feel so good. She is exceptional and I really appreciate her.

I was at Pharmacy of Avenue on Girard earlier . There is a brand new, young woman working there. Very sweet & still learning how to do things . The woman who was training her, was extremely rude ,demeaning , impatient & just plain mean to the young lady. The young woman’s face was bright red. Extremely embarrassed. I felt so bad for her. I kept trying to get the trainer’s attention repeatedly, over & over , but she totally ignored me. She didn’t even have the decency to say that she would be right with me , because she would not stop demeaning the young woman. Finally, after me trying to get her attention, she addressed me, not nicely. I asked if the girl was new, she said yes. I told her that she should not come at her the way she was. She proceeded to tell me that she was not yelling at her. I was very calm with the trainer. She kept saying to me that she wasn’t mistreating the girl nor yelling at her. I told her again , yes you were. I told her that that’s not the way to train someone new. I repeated it multiple times. I told her that she was embarrassing the poor girl & not to speak to her in that manner. There was another female employee there. She thanked me for standing up for the girl. The trainer needs to apologize & disciplined. She needs to be taught respect, good customer service skills & patience. Other customers noticed her behavior too. I have been going to that location for years & have never had an issue. This really upset me, watching that poor girl endure that & angered me watching everything. I hope this will be addressed. I am moving my scripts to your location on 5th Street.

I don’t know who I just got off the phone with, but he was extremely rude. I called to see to see if there was a medication in stock, but this guy just out right said “ no bye”. Not sure if he’s having a bad day or whatever, but absolutely terrible customer service. I simple “sorry we don’t. Have a good day” would’ve been fine. “

Have been a client for over 15 years ! Great service , kind, very helpful, always was able to satisfy my expectations of need while being helped. I appreciate all the workers and pharmacists.l! Would highly recommend others.

Always helpful and very quick… for the most part. But indeed this is my go-to pharmacy. Oh, and their hours of operation are so convenient !
