As I get older and older I appreciate the way business used to be done when I was growing up. This pharmacy has the feel of a small town pharmacy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and let you know when there are issues with prior authorizations and such. They have delivery available for those in a rush, and also have cute house trinkets and gifts to buy when you go in person. I recommend giving them your business if you are fed up with being treated like a number. Thanks for bringing the human touch back to the customer experience.

The best pharmacy experience I've ever had – bar none! 38th Street Pharmacy is everything a neighborhood pharmacy should be. The staff are incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. Matt in particular is always so helpful and patient with every question, no matter how many I have. They even offer delivery when you need it! The personalized service here is something you simply won't find at any chain pharmacy. I am a loyal customer for life and recommend them to everyone I know!

I already had high praises for 38th Street Pharmacy because of their superior customer service but today I needed my medications delivered and they offered delivery. Matt is always so helpful and patient with my questions. I wish I knew everyone's name to include them in this review but just know everyone at 38th Street offers the most amazing customer care! They have a loyal customer here and I will recommend anyone I know to go to 38th Street Pharmacy. I am so grateful to my colleagues for recommending this pharmacy to me.

They are the best pharmacy that I’ve been in! They are very nice people who would care about you and your health. It feels like having a nice neighbor when you’re there!

A real person answers the phone was the first clue customer service here is outstanding. Friendly and professional. Local. I don't think you can do better than these folks.
