Capsule Pharmacy has completely changed the game for me. The app is incredibly user-friendly, their delivery team is amazing, and their responsiveness is unmatched. They coordinate directly with me and my providers, which takes so much off my plate. It truly removes all the hassle of going to a traditional pharmacy. I feel like I’m getting first-class service every time! Thank you, Capsule!🥰

We have been using Capsule for more than a year now with consistently positive and reliable experiences. I especially appreciate the text with an *actual human pharmacist*. We live in Cedar Park and can sometimes get same-day delivery (if ordered in the morning). Our deliveries have always arrived in the scheduled window. We are really happy with this service (and really happy to transfer Rx from the big box pharmacies!).

I wanted to share feedback about communication during a recent prescription experience. The staff were polite, but the process lacked transparency. After my prescription was received and verified, it stayed in a “processing” state for several days, including over a weekend, with very limited proactive updates. I was told multiple times that someone would follow up or that it was being worked on, but I never received a clear status or timeline. I understand that delays and availability issues happen, but not providing a simple update or realistic expectation made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Clear communication would have made a big difference. I ultimately had to ask my provider to redirect the prescription elsewhere due to the uncertainty. This service may work well for routine needs, but for time-sensitive prescriptions, the lack of clarity was frustrating.

I think this company needs to train their customer service reps better. I called about my prescription and the woman on the phone would not speak with me about it and accused me of lying about my identity because I was calling from a different phone number than the one that was on file with them. I was calling from my husband’s phone because mine was dead. Not sure why that was so problematic. I hung up, called back, and someone else helped me.

I did not have a good experience with this pharmacy. They sent me conflicting messages about my prescription, saying it was ready to be delivered and then saying it was out of stock with no estimated time for it to be available. Then I got another message saying it was ready but it was showing "no order" on the app, I kept getting error messages. Then I got yet another message saying, "Oh yeah it's out of stock and we don't know when it's going to be back." But when I went to a different pharmacy to get it filled they said they couldn't use my insurance because another pharmacy had already filled the prescription. So Capsule contacted my insurance and said they were going to fill it and blocked me from getting it filled at another pharmacy so I had to pay almost twice as much out of pocket. I used to use this pharmacy a couple years ago and they were fine but I do not recommend them any longer.
