I’ve been coming to Austin Compounding Pharmacy for years, and I’ve consistently received top-notch service every single time. It’s such a refreshing experience to call and have an actual person pick up the phone.. something that’s become so rare these days. Rudy is always incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell they really care about their customers here. I’m so glad I found this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

They are always so cordial. I often wish I had more prescriptions to pick up here because they are just good and sweet humans. They are swift, and knowledgeable and set expectations well. Highly recommended.

This is the ONLY custom compounding pharmacy, who offers such a diverse and vast selection of natural and pharmaceutical blends! There are very few pharmacies who can and do provide this level of service, professional but still makes the customer feel they are priority! I have yet to have a negative experience with any of the employees and Tom is by far the kindest, experienced and knowledgeable pharmacist I have met! I personally guarantee that they will meet, if not exceed, your expectations! Two thumbs up.

I have never had a compounding pharmacy as good and service oriented as Austin Compounding Pharmacy. They are truly the BEST! They always go above and beyond listening and caring for me as a patient, and their complete openness and responsiveness to my needs are amazing.
