Austin & DePauli and the team at the CVS pharmacy on Guadalupe are the best I’ve ever experienced in my many years and many cities. They know my name, they help me sort out perplexing issues and they constantly help me find solutions. Michelin Stars to this pharmacy!

Super responsive and always get back to me within an hour of a message or voicemail. Never had an issue either with transferring locations

unlike other pharmacies they always have the meds in stock and the one time they didnt they didnt say oh well tough kitties they filled what they could and sent a request for the remaining. The staff is always kind and doesnt act annoyed when I have to pick up early. A model for other locations!

This is the best CVS I’ve ever experienced. The employees go out of their ways to help you, the inventory is well-stocked, and the pharmacists (unlike so many other CVS stores) truly want to give you a correct answer to your question. Thank you for providing a refreshing outlook on how a pharmacy can be run!

Pharmacy techs are either hit or miss. The guy pharm tech was absolutely stellar. The girl pharm tech was abysmal -- she flubbed on orders, terrible customer service -- her incompetence is ridiculous. It was awful watching her mess up others' orders too. Been here several months and have had enough. Going to transfer my prescriptions.
