I showed up right at opening and had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to show up. They didn’t have my prescription so I had to go back the next day… same thing. I sat and waited until about 10:20 until the same girl finally showed up, and then she gave me attitude as if I was the one inconveniencing her! I understand life things happen, but this could’ve been communicated with somebody so we weren’t just stuck sitting and waiting, hoping somebody would show up. It’s medicine, it’s important. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

We love this pharmacy. The pharmacist Nu is brilliant. She's kind, patient and a great communicator. We feel incredibly cared for by her and her team. They are all extremely professional and knowledgeable.

My experience was exceptionally good at my CVS branch and I attribute that COMPLETLY to the pharmacist I dealt with. I was prescribed a hard to get medical treatment in August 2023 and had to wait for eight months until it actually arrived. During that time I was totally in the dark as to when it might arrive so I checked back with your pharmacist frequently. I'm not talking about one quick transaction I saw this Pharmacist multiple times over the eight months. She was unfailingly pleasant and patient. She checked for the drug in surrounding CVS pharmacies. She was very supportive and happy to deal with me any time. When the medication did arrive the pre-authorization from my insurance company had expired and while I battled with them she held the medication. Ultimately I prevailed and thanks to her I was able to obtain the medication and begin my treatment. Whenever I had to go to CVS for something else she inquired about the insurance authorization. Before I retired I hired many people and supervised large offices providing complex services to the public. I tell you this employee is a cut above and definitely an asset to your organization. She provides a high level of quality customer service even when dealing with multiple clients on a high-volume day. She should be rewarded for exemplary service in whatever manner CVS rewards outstanding employees. Thank you!

The pharmacist, Niu I believe/hope, at CVS in Target on East 5th has been endlessly helpful and supportive. It has been tough to get certain meds lately and she has navigated me through the process better than my healthcare providers even. She is also warm, friendly, and genuine. You couldn't ask for a better pharmacist. Her assistant (sorry, don't know the right title!) is also very similar and has been great to me.
