I came to pick up my husband’s medication after his urgent care visit because it was the most convenient option. I received a text stating it was ready, but when I arrived, I was told it was on order with no estimated arrival time. When I asked if someone could check nearby pharmacies for availability, I was told they “didn’t have time.” That response was unacceptable. Patients picking up post-urgent care prescriptions deserve accurate information and basic assistance. This experience felt rushed and dismissive. Independent pharmacies consistently provide a higher level of care, communication, and accountability. This interaction was a clear reminder of the difference in service.

The one thing I don't like about Walmart is. That the spectrum cable people don't let you shop in peace. They follow you. Even after you tell them no. Know there in heb doing the same thing. Sorry some off us just won't to get in and out of the store and do some errands.

The pharmacy line is extremely too long, to have one person helping people when it’s multiple people behind the counter is crazy! I understand everyone does not work the register but that was crazy! I walked in initially and went to the line it was long. Went and picked some things up and came back and the line was still long!! We have to do better

Today, I needed to pick up my prescription today and the drive thru teller named Andrea, was not listening to any of the statements I was telling her. She was prolonging my visit to the drive through and talked slightly with an energy of “please hurry and just pay” I know we all have bad days but if you need a breather before dealing with customers please do so. God Bless her!

Gina seems to be racist towards latino patients getting their prescriptions. At first I thought it was just me, but when I went back another day I noticed she was rude with all the latino customers, sighing and being very short, or just looking annoyed with them and talking in an unpleasant tone. This was the exact opposite for the white people she had to help, with a smile and friendly service. It really was bizarre to see from a third person perspective.
