Possibly the worst HEB I been so far, they are a complete mess today, no bags, no options, on top of that they charge me for several items that that where not placed in the bin, eggs, Milk, Chips , etc.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacy technicians. The technician was extremely rude, lacked basic manners, and was not helpful when I needed assistance helping to another pharmacy. I expect better customer service, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on kindness and professionalism. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same negative experience.”

Y’all desperately need to hire more Pharmacy staff at the new store on S Congress. For several years I got my scripts at HEB on Escarpment. Although It’s farther for me now I’m transferring back there. They are such a great team! Fast and efficient! The folks at the S Congress store are nice, but overwhelmed.
