This pharmacy is dangerous. A prescription was sent in at 10am. We called at 7pm and were told it would be ready in an hour. At 8pm they claimed they had NONE of the medication in stock—medication needed to prevent seizures. This isn’t a small mistake. This is life-threatening negligence. If you or your loved one have a serious condition, do not trust this place with your health. This pharmacy is dangerous and incompetent.

What an absolute joke of a pharmacy. As many other reviews mention, they're super rude, no one answers the phones, and they fail to fill prescriptions without notifying you. My doctor called in a prescription, and the automated phone tree told me it was "in progress." The next time I called, the automated system told me there were no prescriptions for me. After calling literally FIVE times in a row (twice someone picked up and hung up on me), I FINALLY got through to a pharmacy employee who told me the pharmacy didn't have enough of the medication to fill my prescription. I asked why I didn't get a phone call, text, app message or ANYTHING letting me know, she said super snidely, "Well we don't call every patient." Um, what?? Because I had to wait 3 days just to find out they don't even have my prescription in stock, I'm completely out of medication I need and have to rush to find another pharmacy that can fill it. If only they had communicated with me, I wouldn't be in this situation. But they don't care about customers' health at Walgreen's. I'm moving all of my household's prescriptions to a small local compounding pharmacy and suggest you do the same if you want things filled in a timely fashion and don't want to be treated like garbage.

Transferred 2 prescriptions from Kyle to this location and was ready within an hour. Phone interaction was quick, friendly, and professional. Kudos to the pharmacy.

Pharmacy's can be difficult and it truly affects your health. This particular Walgreens has been consistently on point in regard to filling prescriptions as well as customer service. Kudos and huge shout out to MIKE at this location for going above and beyond! He understands and genuinely cares about customers, especially during a frustratingly unprecedented monthly shortage of medication. I can't thank you enough for your help and support.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service ever!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called 2x and they hung up on me twice! One time she put me back on hold and hung up the phone. The 2nd time she said hello & bc I didn’t answer within HER 3 second range she hung up. So frustrating when you’re sick & have a car full of sick kids! I waited on hold for 40 minutes for me to get nowhere. All I wanted was to find a solution for the out of stock medicine they don’t have for my kiddos. The worst!!
