they are amazing they care about the people you get your medicine on time you don't have to be waiting for it 2 days a day as soon as I get it they wrap it up for you they're so sweet and I just love it I give them five stars and more

Couldn't and refused to give me my meds, didn't leave them with anyone at the facility, forgot their manners after hours, held out the bag from his driver window when he saw me, and asked "can I help you?" But refused to be of any actual help or ease any concern. I can't in good conscience recommend this pharmacy with their newest driver/new work ethic they've seemed to acquire. I will not be able to take my meds because they couldn't deliver properly, everything else was spectacular up to this point. I get my meds delivered to me because it's convenient, it also saves me a lot of sanity, I'm genuinely disappointed to say "this is a real shame, I genuinely enjoyed giving them my business until now"

Always super quick in and out CVS often ran out of my child's medicine, medicine he CAN NOT lapse on and I was just done. CVS has been my go to for my entire adult life. Thank goodness for El Tejon pharmacy They give QUICK, great service, will most likely always have the medicine you need and sometimes you get an extra nice person that gives a little special attention to the children you bring in with you ❤️

I get my baby’s formula here due to her reflux I get it in bulk and this pharmacy is HORRIBLE at communicating. I call to ask for refills for more formula and hear nothing back for days then when i call them back to see what’s going on, they’ll say “oh by the way we couldn’t complete that order we’ll try again”. Is that not something that should be communicated to me so that I can figure out what to do then?? This has happened to me about 4 times already and every time I call to check it’s like I’m reminding them to try putting in another refill request. I have to babysit them to get it done. Absolutely horrible lack of urgency and communication. I expected an urgency from them especially since it involves an infants nutrition that’s essential.
