Great place and business,the people are so nice and treat you like family. They have delivery and if something isn't in stock they make sure to have it in the next day. Supporting them you are supporting a small business in our community, which is a plus! Come check them out and you'll see how much better a small business is compared to CVS!

Polite customer service and eager to assist. My prescription wasn’t ready, and he could see that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to deliver. One happy customer.

Highly recommend this pharmacy!!! The past couple times I have had to call I’ve had the pleasure of talking to Miss Cassy. She has eased my worries during changing pharmacies and getting my medication filled on time. She is very professional and explained the process effectively. I am very glad I decided to change pharmacies, they really do treat you like family here, as mentioned by previous people as well!

Very disappointed with Express Pharmacy on Calloway. This is not a good pharmacy for Senior Citizens who are taking serious medication. Customers using this pharmacy could possibly have an emergency situation due to not receiving their medication! This pharmacy is disorganized and you may not get your medication timely or at all. I had my prescriptions changed to Express because they deliver. Tired of waiting in long lines using these huge pharmacy chains. The young guy who took my insurance mixed my insurance up with someone else’s and could not fill my Rx. You would have thought staff would have called me to confirm my insurance. Instead he let my Rx set unfilled…until I followed up with a call. The pharmacy staff wrote down wrong insurance information. He did NOT know the name of my insurance and read off some numbers that had nothing to do my with my insurance. I received a text that my medication would be delivered between 11am-3pm. Never received my medication or a phone call. I was informed that Express Pharmacy tried to call me however, I have no missed calls from this pharmacy. Express did not try to call or text about updates regarding my prescription. I’m now left with no medication over the weekend. This is serious and something need to be done about it.

Absolute top of the line business. They are super quick and all it took was one call to have all of my medications sent straight to my doorstep. Also the young man Maher, he is very reliable and is quick to get your medications ready!
