This was my first experience with an independent pharmacy, and it was amazing! I happened to see the sign out front saying you could get your flu shot there, so I walked in and asked about it. The lady I spoke to was incredibly nice. She had me fill out the form, and in less than 5 minutes I had received my flu shot. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was warm and kind and made conversation while giving the shot. I got the impression he really cares about his work and the community. What a cool place. This place was super clean, incredibly well staffed, everyone was friendly, all around excellent experience. If I lived in bakersfield, this would 100% be my pharmacy! Thanks guys for helping me get my flu shot!

I had a issue with a prescription (over the counter) ... the pharmacist made it right and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He made a customer very happy and I will use them in the future. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional customer service.

Great pharmacy! The customer service from the cashier was rude though. My order was ready because they texted me it was - when I got there and told her she just ignored me for a few minutes after I told her I received the text it was ready she just went to lunch. Another gal who was very nice came to help at the end of an uncomfortable wait.
