I have been a customer for a year and a half and service has been okay. Today I had to advocate for myself to get a refill on one of my diabetes medications and they came through, but I was treated so rudely by the young girl at the counter, Natalie, that I had to make a complaint to the pharmacist. She lamely blurted out “I’m sorry!” as I was walking to the door. So unprofessional and rude! I told the pharmacist they have lost my business. They need to get rid of her, she is probably the one other people are complaining about as well.

I've been coming here for a long time and I've NEVER had an issue with anything! I highly recommend you have your meds filled here. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I appreciate that they remember who I am when I walk in. I go to the Stockdale.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this pharmacy, I go to this one at 9802 Stockdale Hwy #106B. I feel like Im walking into a friends house, they have a great sense of humor, they understand the struggles of dealing with insurance and doctors offices, they help get things done asap,and always try their best to leave you wanting to come back. Nobody is trying to one up you, they care about your health and they are good listeners. Hassan the pharmacist I deal with most has truned out to be one of my favorite people I know, could easily be friends with all the staff. When Hassan is not there, the other pharmacists are very kind as well. Check em out!

I have to agree with the review about the people that work there. Ever since rite aide has closed all these pharmacy’s were asking us to transfer to them. Now that they have our business they are rude. They do not care for there customers. This is one of the worst pharmacy’s I have ever been too. They flat out don't care

Great customer service all the employees were so helpful and kind! Fast and FREE delivery which was so convenient. 10/10 recommended the stockdale location
