I am another customer who used this pharmacy when it was owned by Precision. Precision was great to work with and always sent my horses medications in a timely fashion. Now, that Wedgewood has taken took it’s completely fallen apart. Their time line for filling a prescription has gone from 3-4 days with Precision to two weeks. That’s just ridiculous ! I haven’t received a medication on time since they took over. It’s astounding to me that an organization could take over and ruin a perfectly good company so quickly. My advice to customers is find another, reliable pharmacy for your animals. My advice to WW is to hire a Precision consultant to come in and fix what they have ruined. It’s really sad.

I’ve been using this place for a year or more and never had a problem until now. Recently they were taken over by Wedgewood. I placed my order on 05-28-24 for my horses medication and never received it. First they said there was an issue with the address which they had wrong many months ago and was previously corrected at that time..Then they blamed UPS and wanted me to pick it up at a UPS location which I called and was told they did not have the order and had no idea what I was talking about. Another call to Priscilla from the pharmacy. I told her I wanted a new batch made due to her advising the medication was heat sensitive, and wanted them to send it overnight delivery on their dime. She said she would do so but couldn’t get it sent until 06-10-24. Well it didn’t arrive on 06-11-24 and I called her again. I was told they made a new batch on 06-10-24 and it was overnighted but again a “ sorting issue” with UPS. She promised it would arrive 06-12-24 between 11:00- 4:00pm. (It arrived while I was writing this review.) Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT use this pharmacy unless you want a lot of aggravation and a huge delay in getting medication for your animals. I will now be looking for another pharmacy that can fill my order and send it out in a timely manner.

Didn't care too much for the unsafe driving observed being perpetrated by one of their employees who wanted to pass me on a single lane street with oncoming traffic. The result was a close call that shouldn't have happened. Bakersfield is already known for poor driving statistics.

Precision pharmacy, all the staff are very proffesional and efficient, every time i talk with a young girl named sam, she helps me with my order, shes really awesome always happy and a real pleasure to talk to I recommend to all!!! GREAT COMPANY

Excellent pharmacy. Quick at filling a special RX we needed for our pet. Will be using them directly from now on.
