Horrible pharmacy. Wait-times in store is over 15 minutes per visit. When I tried to call, I had to wait over a half hour before the pharmacy tech finally picked up and said they'll put me on the list for delivery and hung up, no addresses confirmation or anything. They closed out my other prescription and now have to fax my Dr for a renewal. The bottle I have from my last pickup has two refills left.

Worst customer service ever. Be prepared to wait over 45 minutes if using drive through window. They let their customers sit and wait before they acknowledge you. Two cars at drive through and it took 52 minutes to get my meds.

My experience with the Walgreens pharmacy has been absolutely horrible. I usually go to cvs on Union but they were out of stock of the medicine my daughter needs. When I called to switch it with walgreen I was on hold for an hour and no one helped me. I went down there my self and they said to fill this paper out and that it would take a couple days or I could just have the dr send the prescription over to them it would be faster. Which I in fact had the dr do that same day. The lady asked if I wanted to set up text alert when ready and of course I said yes. Well I went the next day and they did not have my prescription ready yet. Now I’m here again and they said it took so long because they didn’t have insurance. I don’t understand why they did not tell me that on the beginning when I tried to pick it up the day before. I gave my insurance and they said 30 mins. I’m here now and I’ve been waiting an hour in the drive through for someone to help me and I’ve been sitting at the window for along time and no one is helping me. This is ridiculous and wants to say I will not be a returning customer.

I have received automated notification that my prescriptions were ready for pickup at the Walgreens on Panama Ln... only to arrive wait in line for more than 40 minutes, and have the pharmacy staff inform me... "my prescription is infact not ready". I've waited up to more than a week after auto call, for a prescription refill to be completed. This isn't a one time issue, it actually happens quite frequently.

Every team member at this location is willing to help with what you need. And with a smile!!! The manager definitely knows how to manage her team!
