Always the worst experience when I have to come here for prescriptions. For years!! First tried them in 2012 when I moved out here, and yet still nothing has improved. Very long lines to either submit order or pick up. They dont ever answer the phone. When they do, it over a 15 minutes wait on the phone and longer. The staff acts like they can ever find the client or the order. Didn't t have this many issues at all with Riteaid!!. It's always a different issue that occurs with Walgreens. Time is of an essence, we cant get that back. They make it real inconvenient for customers. I called to place a refill for my kid, two days ago. They said it would be ready today at 11am. And yet I pull up for it and they dont have the order in the system. Just now processed it. And I have to wait 40 minutes on it, now, again. It's real unbelievable. They have over 13 staff members behind the counter but yet, to urgency, no structure, no care. They should have closed down opose to Riteaid!! And yes, each Walgreens is this way out here, ive experienced a few different locations a few times. ..not one has been successful with me picking up orders on time. They act so clueless, they aren't even aware of their regular customers. They dont read, it says REFILL on the bottle. Walgreens is a disappointment to society

The pharmacy has very low poor service. Not professional at all. I looked back at my kids and said “when you grow up and have job, don’t be rude or disrespectful to a paying client. They’re getting paid but we need medicine for a very sick little kid. God is watching”

The pharmacy has the worst customer service. Within the last year they keep changing staff, the new staff can’t never find my mother’s prescription and keep constantly asking for insurance update when everything has been the same for years. Today I called and I've been on hold for 20 minutes, I can hear they pick up the phone and place me back on hold for approximately 7 times now. They don’t even bother to say please hold. It is very convenient for me because it is close to where I live, now I have to hang up and drive there to see if the medicine is ready or not because apparently the information on the app is not accurate or the new staff can’t never find it. Asian lady and Hispanic lady that have been there for years are great I never had any issues when they are there.

After emergency room ,I needed my meds or I could die ,infection serious,the pharmacy clerk tell me to wait till tommorrow,it was only 7:30 p.m So I wait in line again and the other clerk repeats ,you must wait till tommorrow!! I insisted because I could die!! Its been an hour now and if they dont fill it soon im going to file formal complaint,,,your employees should not jeopardize people's health cuz of thier laziness,,,just thought you should know what's actually happening anyway!!!!

Love Walgreens. It's quick and convenient and they usually have pretty good deals on items. I love the staff and the pharmacy is great. Been coming here for years and will continue coming back.
