Rude, rude, rude. No one at the registers for at least five minutes before I called out.. excuse me is anyone working a register. The manager (who had no identifying name tag, badge, or uniform) yelled at me for raising my voice in the store and proceeded to lecture me. I told him I looked around for an employee but couldn't find anyone and had been standing at the photo counter because the register in front said to check out there. He continued to belittle me, so I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked his name and he said he didn't have to give me his name. I made my purchase and left. This review is true and accurate and happened on April 20 at 7:43pm according to my receipt. By the way, I raised my voice to try to find someone who was working, I didn't yell!

I started ordering my prescriptions here about a year ago and all was good for a while than about 6 months ago i started having problems getting my prescriptions and it is getting harder as they don't seem to care. Now they ask me to follow up on my orders instead of them sending a text or calling me like they ued to do. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for a pharmacy you need to look somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Walgreens customer service method needs a complete overhaul. Because currently it’s CHAOS! I was on hold for 15 minutes every-time staff would pick up phone they would immediately hangup or place me back on hold. Sometimes they leave phone off the hook and carry on conversation with another customer. I get the impression Walgreens do not hire enough staff or there’s high turnover. All I know is that nothing goes smoothly. God forbid you are picking up a prescribed controlled substance. The process becomes extreme, over-kill, bazairre policy. So unnecessary. Staff is unfriendly the pharmacist sits behind a class window robotically filling prescriptions. She does not smile, blink no eye contact. The Pharmacist does not want to deal customers. She avoids them if possible.

This Walgreens is my favorite! The staff are wonderful, friendly, always efficient and remember you. The pharmacy is full of the best people. They treat you with kindness, help you with your questions and are warm and friendly. They are always so busy with customers, but handle each person with personalized service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched them balance a long line and a long drive through line but still smile and treat each customer well, though sometimes the customers are not as kind to them. I appreciate all the associates in this store, but the pharmacy associates are my favorites!

Less efficiency. Never call to notify you when the prescription is ready. Waiting time is long. Hopefully they can make improve.
