Great & Friendly Service, I was struggling trying to make my document a PDF and Andrew helped and guided me the whole way. I would have never known document printing was available if Andrew didn’t let me know, I thought it was only photos. Definitely will be my come to Walgreens from now on. Super clean and well organized as well, the other employees as well were very helpful too. FYI QUALITY IS BETTER AT WALGREENS THEN OD (office depot)

I went back inside to get a drink so i could take this survey and hope that somebody cares enough to do something. The older Indian lady in the pharmacy is horrible. She is rude, not at all helpful, and has no empathy. I’ve been with you guys since i was switched from rite aid, most of staff is okay, but the older Indian lady and older white last with glasses who i think was pharmacist do not help are rude and I’m sure we’ll some point cause someone health issues and Walgreens a lawsuit. Diabetes is very serious and they need to under stand people can die. They both need some serious re-training.

I hate the automated voice when you call instead of an actual person, it shows that this establishment doesn’t care about proper customer service or providing quality help for the customers. Nobody wants to call a company to talk to a human and an automated voice system answers. Companies like this go out of their way to specifically not help customers of laziness and anti social tendencies. When a person finally answered, the guy in the pharmacy (at 9am on May 1st, 2027) was very rude and unhelpful. He told me I didn’t have a prescription there, and I had to call back and talk to a female staff member to actually help me. These are the kinds of anti social and rude people working at a place that has an automated answering machine; it takes away from the human experience and allows people to think they can be as rude and unprofessional as they want.

Very good store with almost everything in medicine and also some other general stuff. They also refill prescriptions and prompt in their timelines. Over the counter medication you get most of it, all the aisles are well labeled and we can easily find out the required stuff, also carry kids medication too. At Walgreens we can also take and print photos which is really option and they provide real quick service. They also have lots of toys, beauty section etc etc. staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave structured parking and entrance to wheelchair.

Sometimes there is a wait in line to pick up prescriptions but they are always ready soon after ordering.
