This is my local pharmacy. I love it, its my go to pharmacy for pretty much anything. The staff is always nice and there is long wait times for the pharmacy sometimes but thats expected at any pharmacy so not mad at that. The checkout line can also be long, but that's not the staff's fault. It's definitely the customers that take up a lot of time.

I came to the pharmacy and I was told to take a seat because they were working on my prescription. 20 minutes later, they call my name just to tell me that they can’t give me my prescription because they’re doing inventory. I asked them, when can I get my prescription. The pharmacy technician tells me that she doesn’t know. I asked them, can you check if another branch has my prescription? They said you will have to call them. I called the other branch and was put on hold for ten minutes. After that, the branch in Mount Vernon tells me that they cannot fill my prescription because my medication is not transferable. They even said that , the staff at hageman should have known that because it is common knowledge. I called the hageman branch and get put on hold again! I drove back to the pharmacy to speak to the so called manager who immediately repeated the inventory story. I asked for his business card and said that he did not have one. I don’t even know if Ken is the real manager. They lie, they are terrible at their jobs, and have zero compassion for their customers

These people are poor communicators, then end up being manipulative because you can’t understand the Ebonics. This place is just nuts. They don’t listen to people. I can’t imagine what these clowns treat older people like. I’m finding a new place

I have received all my prescriptions and various vaccines at Walgreens pharmacy for the past 3 years and have found the service to be excellent and very professional. Thank you and Happy New Year 2026 from Robert!

This pharmacy never answers their phone. I am ill and had to drive down there .4 times only to find out that it was not ready. Just why you want to do when you’re ill. Answer the phone!!!
