This happens rather frequently... when I receive messages stating that my or a family members prescriptions are ready, I tend to take that message literally. But...more often than not, after waiting in the drive up window line for 20 to 30 minutes, I am informed that the prescription has not been filled, and I am advised to return later. Otherwise the people performing the service are generally apologetic and polite.

My niece doctor sent the medicine 2 hour ago . I went to drive up to pick up told me 15-25 minutes . I waited checked again in 30 minutes. Made me wait up for 30 minutes again for her medication . Saying it is not ready yet .
