I got a call from the pharmacy around 4:33, just to sit on hold for 30mins. Then someone answered just to put me back on hold. Service here is beyond unacceptable. So I called again just for someone to speak fast and put me back on hold. Why even call at all. I can’t even check what the call was about. So I’m giving this 1 star because the server is terrible.

Can never get through the automatic voice message. Someone will pickup the phone and will place on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer. If you are lucky enough to speak to a pharmacist, they will be lazy and ask to FAX the prescription it instead of a verbal approval....only to say days later they never got the FAX!

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. They never answer phone calls and when they do they always have a bad attitude. Calls are automatically transferred to a call center and then u ask to speak with someone at the actual pharmacy because the call center cant help and it goes to a voicemail that they allegedly check every hour but yet never return the calls. To go in person be prepared for atleast a 30 minute wait. The workers are always in a bad mood and are slow probably because they are understaffed but not the customers fault. God I miss Rite Aid they were slow aswell but atleast they were helpful and answered calls. This place is very incompetent for such a huge pharmacy chain. Greatly disappointed and ive been there like 6 months now will be switching asap. Treat people better if you are over worked speak up to management don't take it out on customers.

Very long lines at certain times Constantly having issues with the computers, delays on medication and out of stock medications. Been going here for over 30 years but now have had to transfer to another pharmacy.

My elderly parents have used this pharmacy but seem to run into multiple problems, which demand that they pay more than they should, as they have Medicare. There was a lot of running around (mom was told she wSn’t telling the truth-though we have the text in front of us) until Medicare reps put in a three-way call and called them out. Our elderly have enough to deal with, time to leave…may life put them in the position they continue to put others in.
