This place is extremely unprofessional !! EVERY TIME I go in there to pick up my prescription they give me a hard time and I end up having to make multiple trips in order to finally get my medications, which by the way I need to take daily in order to stay and remain healthy!! MY INSURANCE HAS NEVER CHANGED AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE TO GET THE SAME MEDS FOR YEARS ! But they still can’t manage to take care of me Properly! They don’t seem to understand they are providing people their lifeline Medication and rather act like a simple RETAIL STORE !! They have the audacity to make comments about PATIENTS without any regards for who can hear these disrespectful comments ! HAVING TO HEAR PEOPLE IN THE BACK MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT ME WHILE WAITING FOR MY MEDICATION WAS TOTALLY HUMILIATING ! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PHARMACY IN MY LIFE !!!

The ladies at the front counter always look half asleep and like they don’t want to be there. The staff is super slow and always have an attitude. Most depressing drug store I’ve been to ever… Seen a lady that works there leaning on the counter trying not to fall asleep..

Constant issues with my insurance and delivery. They refused to deliver one of my medications and claimed it could only be sent on Wednesday, well past when I need my medication refilled. This is after almost a week of not delivering my pills. I'm now completely out of medication and my mom is probably going to have to pick up the pills instead. The sheer laziness, after we called every single day to remind them to deliver the pills is astounding. They constantly create issues with CVS Caremark that I have to deal with.
