After frustrating experiences at other pharmacies around Seattle, this place has been a breath of fresh air. They’re consistently responsive, quick with fills (even last-minute requests), and genuinely accommodating. When they don’t have something in stock, they actually call to let me know and present alternatives or give me a clear timeline on when it’ll be ready. Every interaction has been friendly and professional. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that actually prioritizes getting you what you need without the runaround. Five stars, and thank you for what you do!

Great experience every visit. I really appreciate the extra effort in the little details, text message notification when my Rx is ready, once they even mailed me the balance of a medication they were only able to fill partially when I came to pickup. Sometimes I have to remind them about my second Rx, but it's always there, just in a different location in the system for some reason. With a short wait I've also gotten both a flu shot and a COVID booster as a walk in!

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and their service is always prompt. They can even mail prescriptions directly to your home, which is such a convenience. I’m truly grateful to have them here in the First Hill neighborhood.

Making Eastern’s my pharmacy was one of the easiest—and best—decisions I’ve made for my healthcare. 1. Their team is helpful, professional, and impressively efficient. I’ve never experienced faster prescription processing at any other pharmacy. 2. Talking to a real person is quick and easy—no AI bots or 30-minute hold times like I had with my previous pharmacy. 3. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription, it’s ready and waiting—no lines, no delays. 4. They also have a nifty app that lets you message the pharmacy directly, perfect when calling isn’t ideal. 5. They offer mailing of medications, making the process convenient and stress-free. **They’re a locally owned business. Supporting them means supporting our community!** Eastern’s truly goes above and beyond—they are the best pharmacy I’ve used in Seattle.
