This pharmacy is great. Recently my meds were on back order and they transferred me to the pharmacist who walked me through all of my options in order help me navigate the disruption to my medical care as easily and quickly as possible. The people are incredibly kind and informative and always expressing concern for me.

Dr. Skobundi in sports medicine was the worst medical experience I ever had. Ever. I have Mallet Finger (finger is busted) and have been in a splint for 2-months. He walks in, glances at me, looks at the computer screen and says I need to see a hand therapist. So I start asking questions about what rehab is and he goes "i have known you for 7-minutes, I don't need to be harassed." Harassed? I just want to know what recovery entails. He got all huffy and he did not even look at my finger to see how it was healing. It was very clear I was inconvenient. I had no value. That he did not want to bother with me. He should get out of seeing patients if that is his attitude. Worst. Ever. Never going to UW Medicine again. Never. Ever,

I requested a refill on a Wednesday and by Friday I saw on mychart that I have doctors visit for medication refill. I went to the pharmacy on a Saturday and I was told that my request for refill was denied by the physician but I showed them mychart that the medicine I was requesting was still on my active medication list but the lady asian pharmacist said no I can't have the medication I'm requesting. After I left I got a call from a person named Stacy saying they can give me the medication I'm requesting. It's too late I'm already on the bus. They didn't ask me to wait they just said I can't have that meds I'm requesting. I love from afar, I have to take two bus to get there and I am sick and that asian lady pharmacist was laughing when she said I can't have my meds. She oughta be ashamed. She shouldn't be there.

I asked for a prescription refill on a Wednesday and I was told that they're going to contact my primary care and wil contact me after. I didn't hear from them, and I look at MyChart and I saw that there a doctor's visit for medication refill on a Friday and I saw the medicine I'm requesting on the list of my active meds. I went there on a Saturday and I was told by the asian lady pharmacist that the meds I request for refill was denied by my physician. I told them that it still on my active list of medication. But she said no they can't give me the medicine. So, I told her if I ended up in the ER for not having that medicine it will be on her. After leaving an hour after I got a message telling me my meds are ready. I don't lived nearby and I'm taking two bus just to get there and tomorrow is a Sunday they're close. If I ended up in the ER, I will make that asian lady pharmacist liable who was even laughing when she said no I can't have my meds and it's ok not to take it.

BEST PHARMACY HANDS DOWN. Prescriptions are filled day-of or by the next day, amazing staff, amazing hours. I've moved around a bunch in my life and been to at least 10 different pharmacies, nothing compares to this!
