Another wonderful experience with Kelly Ross /Madison. Staff work very well together. Sort of like a long term dance company compared to a newly formed dance company. Individual talent is important, but so is know where you partners are and how you help each other get the tasks done. All staff kind and ensure that I understood my medication instructions. I needed a compounded Rx. The good news: it was crafted and available in a very timely manner. The bad news: nobody mentioned that the compounded Rx's are made in a different building than the, 'regular' pharmacy. The signage to the'regular' pharmacy is almost completely absent: one tiny sign, on a busy street directly next to the freeway. I had to drive around the block a couple of times before I even saw the sign. Then, it turned out that, 'compounded' meds aren't actually filled at THAT location, rather (according to the pharmacy tech), "compounded drugs are filled in the building behind us.' Of course, even though I had to call in advance to confirm the RX, nobody bothered to mention that. The, 'building behind us,' is actually an empty parking lot. On the next block east (which I found only after walking completely around the block and took a chance on the tech misleading me), in a building almost bereft of signage, on the 7th floor, is where the compounded Rx's are filled. No obvious signs in front of the building. No load zone. No parking. No obvious signage once one gets into the building, elevators in the back of a lobby, with no signage as to where the elevators might be. It was like a treasure hunt, just not in the good way. Clearly Kelley-Ross has so much business, they seek to turn away folks with valid RX's, so as to avoid work. Clearly getting neceassary meds, easily, is NOT a Kelley-Ross priority. Making getting RX's filled time-consuming clearly IS a Kelley-Ross priority. RX's = good. Patient or Client or Customer service = horrible. If you can get an RX somewhere else, I highly recommend it.

I've used this pharmacy as my primary pharmacy quite a while now and they've always been wonderful but they especially saved my bacon tonight. Going above and beyond right before closing to make sure I had the meds I needed.

UPDATED This is one of the worst pharmacies in Seattle. Two weeks waiting for prescription to be mailed. I KEEP CALLING TO FOLLOW UP. Several phone calls and they keep saying they left me voicemails… NONE ON MY PHONE. The prescription was out of stock. They verified insurance, phone number and mailing address and promised to mail it when they order it in. Two weeks later, they are going round and round in circles each time with conflicting information. UPDATED to 5 star! Brandon the pharmacy manager was very quick in reaching out to me to help resolve the issue. Brandon kindly mailed my prescription and was polite enough to discuss the issue with me, resolved it and took steps to help avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you Brandon!
