Never done this before but want to protect others in my shoes. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, particularly when addressing concerns related to mental health medication. It was clear that they didn’t value or respect clients who may be struggling with mental health issues. On multiple occasions, I received voicemails saying my medication was ready, only to be met with blank stares and excuses when I arrived to pick it up. Even when I explained the situation, they offered no apology or resolution, instead attempting to shift blame elsewhere. It’s clear why Banner has received such a reputation. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes and treat those in need, terribly. I would strongly advise seeking service elsewhere, especially if you need timely and compassionate care. Thank you. Update: They need more people like Travis, thank you.

Pharmacist was kind but Google maps mark on map for location is way off. There are no signs outside that point you towards which building holds the pharmacy and am hurting from walking around searching for a half hr with my walker. I have no car and there weren't any sidewalks where Google maps said I should get off. Get off in front of main Banner Hospital building and go inside it would be my best advice if Google maps doesn't correct this

I just referred a patient to this location and discovered they do not understand what patient care means. "You are not in our system, we are out to lunch, this is the wrong Pharmacy, it will be faster for you to drive across town then to call for a transfer." Really? Are you guys new at being open on a holiday? Is it the patient who needs to suffer because you are scheduled on a holiday? All this for a 10 day supply of amoxacillin for Strept throat.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Always FAST in getting my prescriptions filled or refilled. I get an email within a few hours of my doctor calling in the prescription. Staff are always very helpful with using my discount coupon from Abbvie to decrease the cost of my regular prescription. I rarely have to wait in a long line to pick up my medications.

I've gone to this pharmacy for years and literally never had an issue with them. The location is convenient and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help patients! I've never had anything wrong with my meds and always recieve exactly what my doctor ordered.
