These guys keep putting me on the wrong meds and I keep having attacks. Ended up with a hernia today because one of their doctors refused the other inhaler that my pulmonologist wanted her to keep me on with the new inhaler and I had 4 bad mornings in a row exacerbated trying to cough up phlegm to catch my breath. I told them the new steroid isn’t working without the old one and that the new albuterol isn’t clearing my attacks and they told me they can’t fill the new better Albuterol or the better steroid cause they had just done it but I’m blowing thru it because my meds are wrong. You’re killing me. I hadn’t had attacks in a year before this bullshit.

1624 banner pharmacy near the university was awesome. My dad picked up meds and I frantically called them because I needed the red meds but my dad said I got the white ones. He is also colored blind :) so I just really appreciate banner’s professionalism and patience with me. Sometimes I’ve learned not to take life too seriously.

The staff do not seem to care that they are incompetent and routinely inconvenience patients. It usually takes 2 trips or waiting while they fill the prescriptions that they forgot to fill AFTER you had responded that they should be refilled. The pharmacist named Suzanne tells you to read the instructions and product info to know what to expect. How to take meds, or use the prescribed devices when she is supposed to consult on new prescriptions.

I just switched to Banner Pharmacy from CVS when they couldn’t figure out why my script couldn’t be filled. It was a issue on the drs end and they contacted the Dr and had it resolved in a hour where cvs couldn’t figure it out in a week. I will definitely stay with them. They were able to fill my med that day. If I had run out I would have been in the hospital. They are a great pharmacy! Thank you Banner UMC pharmacy!
