Incapable as hell and I don’t even think it’s their fault, have scammed me multiple times out of my insurance covered medication that I so easily get coverage with everywhere else but they will help for a bit until they realize they can’t help you and then send you in a loop from talking to the pharmacist and waiting in the pick up line , with little to no explanation why

If you’ve got good insurance, it’s the best place to get your Rx. Fast, nice, convenient and an all around better experience vs other stores.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Not just Pharmacy but entire stores staff. The only reason i just gave 4 stars is it is very difficult to find parking.

Get a new pharmacist! The pharmacist should be a pharmacist, she believes she’s a Dr. Now she’s playing God. Religion should stay in church. If she wants to be a Dr. Go back to school otherwise she should do the job she was hired for, be a pharmacist and dispense the medication the Dr. Prescribed the medication. The Dr. Prescribed medication on the 27 day, so I could pick it up on the 28 day. She put it on hold and said it was the insurance that kicked it back. I checked with the insurance and they said it wasn’t submitted. It’s bad enough to need medication but to be judged By someone who has no idea why you’re taking the medication and to make it seem like something is wrong when nothing is wrong. It’s just not her business. It’s like the Mailman opening your mail and asking you, Why did they send you this? Get a new pharmacist.

Thank you CVS for making getting my medications I need to function into a stressful hassle. Quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever used so far. Always understaffed, half the people there don't know whats going on. Im always told conflicting things and then my medications won't get filled even tho the app will lie and say they were. Won't be using a CVS ever again.
