PAUL ARAGON (Anthony) 8 months agoActually 1/2 star this is pathetic. This location cantt seem to keep it's carts full. Such a simple job to do for your customers that benefits YOUR OWN business yet they fail daily. Maybe that's why they were looking to merge, if they can't maintain basic customer service....
Chris Matera 11 months agoAvoid this pharmacy. They take days to transfer/fill a prescription and will not inform you if your prescription is not covered by your insurance, they will just neglect to fill it and surprise you when you go to pick it up. My friend went to pick up my prescriptions and he was not even told that anything was missing. I had previously called multiple times to transfer and then check up on my prescriptions and they never told me anything about it. Since I am able to pay out of pocket for one of the prescriptions I have to wait another 24 hours for it to arrive because they never ordered it. The other they refuse to fill because they only carry the (very expensive) brand name and are insisting that I do not have an prescription for the generic. I do have prescription for the generic. And my insurance has already told me that the majority of the cost is covered, though the pharm tech insists it is not. Absolutely ridiculous experience with this pharmacy.
Kenya Rashad 10 months ago1st hour on hold: i’m thinking“ well, I am also a service worker, so I understand they could be extremely busy. At least the whole music is good “ 2nd hour on hold: starting to get a little bit annoyed. I gave myself multiple hours before work to get this phone call done as well as get ready. This is starting to cut into my “get ready for work“ time. 3rd hour on hold: this is pretty ridiculous and unacceptable. I think this is cause for a bad review now. 4th hour on hold: the line hung up on me after 4 hours, and not speaking to a single Pharmacy representative This is all after I had already called three times with no answer. This is supposed to be my new Pharmacy… pretty horrible first impression
Malissa Wlaskolich 8 months agoI absolutely love this pharmacy!! They are always so kind, professional but also will have normal conversation with me if I need help or a kind word that day.
Sydney Holden a year agoI do not write bad reviews often but I really hope this helps ensure people’s health and safety and I hope corporate takes a long took at this pharmacy I’ve always had really good experiences with Kroger brand pharmacies. I gave this location way too many chances to do better. -My regular prescription always took too long to be filled leaving me without medication. -I’ve had countless times where I needed meds urgently and they couldn’t fill it for days. -They don’t answer the phones to even let you transfer your rx to a place that can fill it. -Another great Fry’s pharmacy had to call them for hours so they could “put back” meds that they didn’t fill so the other location could fill it. Even that pharmacy had things to say. -Most recently I actually got them on the phone, they told me my regular subscription had no refills and I told them this was odd. So I had to go to my dr to get a fill and told my dr to fill it at another location. This took a couple of days. Now I need the meds and am on my last day and see that the other pharmacy can’t fill it because it’s being worked on at another location. Had to call 8 times to get this resolved. My message after 4 calls of being ignored told them I was trying to get it filled at another location. *magically* it gets filled there and when I get ahold of them again, they tell me the other pharmacy would need to call them. No.
