Got here for meds for son and they told me they don’t take my insurance but went above and beyond to ensure I still got the medicine my son needs without high costs. Really appreciate their communication and focus on healthy outcomes. Thank you Rudy Molera and Jacob for your amazing customer service! I can’t tell you how much it means to me!!

I'm surprised by the bad reviews here. I've used this pharmacy for years and had no problems. The staff have always been courteous and professional.

I really love the staff at this pharmacy. Fry's isn't even in my insurance network anymore but I keep coming here anyway for the generics and the coupon medications. The techs and the pharmacists are always very helpful with managing timing and cost of prescriptions, and explaining the medications. I wish Fry's would give them a larger space and more personnel, this is a high-demand area with low health literacy, and the staff needs support. When I see customers giving bad reviews, to me it's a sign that the corporation is sacrificing staff AND customers to maximize their own profit. I believe that most of us want to do our best at work and have a rewarding day.
