Tina the pharmacist is extremely rude, she is constantly hanging up the phone and placing it on hold without returning the call when I try to give her my son’s information for his prescription. She even ended the phone call for requesting to speak to someone else.

My insurance gave me a discount card that I could only use at CVS so I changed pharmacies - BIG MISTAKE! I had been with Walgreens for over 25 years because of my chronic pain-RA meds. I never had an issue with my meds when I was with them. I just called Walgreens because I’m in so much pain and haven’t been able to get my prednisone meds from CVS. The young lady that helped me a few minutes ago was super patient and supportive. She took care of my concern which took so much stress off my back. I’m grateful and at peace to know that I’m with Walgreens now—Thank you young lady for going above and beyond! 🙏🏼

The pharmacy went way out of the way to help me last night 6Dec22. I needed an RX that needed to be started right away and I accidentally sent to the wrong walgreens, they transfered and filled my Rx in less than 15 min at 9 at night!! Thank you Walgreens and Rx staff!!!
