Honestly there’s about 2 technicians who are great and the rest of the staff to fill scripts are really rude. I waited over an hour for one of my t1D medications despite me telling them the urgency of needing it. One of the technicians quoted me several hours after I stated i needed the script urgently filled. Again type 1 diabetes, not really a script I can go several hours without having. I understand the pharmacists deal with difficult people but there was 0 empathy.

I usually go to this place because of 24/7 , the store was well organized but one thing I hate most of things were locked so whenever I need something or need to check the product I have to wait for it, someone comes and open , sometimes I feel very bad about each time calling that person’s so i chanaged my mind to come out from the store , most of the deals items gone by 2 days after published, most of time out of stock which is on deals. I always check online before go to store if it stocks are available or not .many times order online and pick up at stores were canceled at least one item on my list I don’t know why.

The automated phone system for trying to connect to the pharmacy is awful. It even determined and acknowledged that I needed to talk to a pharmacist to make progress on a prescription, and it STILL didn’t offer that as an option. It’s like pulling teeth. If you have the choice to not use CVS, avoid it. The pharmacists in person at this location are great though. The company sucks.

I don’t go to CVS normally but I have for my last few scripts. I don’t understand how the phone voicemail is the only means of communication even during the day. Also I’m not sure if the 24 hr pharmacy is actually 24 hrs or just the store. The fact I can’t get an actual person on the phone makes this even more frustrating.

Hello, Evening. I didn't want to leave this review, because I typically love this store & I always leave A positive survey & recommend numerous of people to this specific location. Well, unfortunately that will be changing starting today. The Pharmacy is telling everyone that we're not allowed to get any bags from the pharmacy area for someone who's picking up & that we have to go stand in line just for A bag in the front area. People should not have to wait in line after they've received their medicine, then walk throughout the store with their information showing, & stand in line again for 10-15 minutes, or even longer just for A bag. That's unacceptable & I'm highly disappointed within CVS. Best regards. Thank you.
