Genuinely terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I've been filling prescriptions here for quite some time now and my insurance changed. I brought in my new card and they said it didn't change the price of my prescription from the cash price. The tech ,who was rude from the start of the interaction mind you, looked at the pharmacy and said the same thing and he shrugged his shoulders and said maybe it's because there's a deductible. I know that's not accurate information but I still called my insurance company. My insurance company said the medication should be no cost. She said they weren't even running the insurance claim through. I called the pharmacy back and spoke to the pharmacist who refused to help me over the phone and told me to come back but the insurance was wrong and they were correct. I used my insurance at Kroger last week with no issues. The lack of care and professionalism at this pharmacy is wild. Called my doctor and I'm having my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy along with my husbands. I will not be returning to this CVS or any other for pharmacy services. Awful!

Mindi is awesome. The previous pharm employees were very rude. Mindi needs a raise for her kindness, attentiveness, and efficient work.

The staff was very helpful. I had problems with the Self-service counter and 2 of the employees ran towards me to help me with my purchase. Thank you such employees.

Adequate pharmacy given the messy insurance system in a capitalist market, I just wish things were adequately communicated to me to avoid wasted time and energy.

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but this interaction was next level. This incident happened at the CVS at 336 South Delaware St location in Indianapolis. Richard Piatek was the pharmacist when I picked up my prescriptions. Before checking out, I let him know that I have GoodRx. He said that a coupon had already been applied, I tried explaining that I have GoodRx gold now and the amounts on the terminal didn’t match the pricing stated. He said that I would have to come back after lunch for a sales adjustment. I asked him why I would have to come back for an adjustment if I hadn’t paid yet and he said that he couldn’t do the adjustment in three minutes. I was confused but I paid. The time stamp on the receipt was 1:23p, the posted lunch time is 1:30p and I was the only customer in line. I returned after lunch and reminded him that I was back for my sales adjustment and he responded, “no.” At that point I was even more confused and I asked him why he wouldn’t do the adjustment, he responded that I told him that I didn’t want it. If I didn’t want the adjustment I would not have patiently returned after lunch to receive it. I told him that I was there because I wanted the adjustment and he just kept replying, “no.” I have no clue what would make him be so rude/agro to a complete stranger, but he needs some serious coaching. I called the corporate number to file a formal complaint because his behavior is unacceptable and honestly concerning. I’m being told that I will have to wait 14 days until corporate can take over the claim. This is not okay. I would like to discuss this matter further with a district level leader, this pharmacist is not representing your brand well.
