If I could give no stars I would. My experience with this pharmacy was terrible. They were lazy, unprofessional and uncaring. These people do not care about helping any one. All I required was a simple transfer from their pharmacy to one closer to my home. Easy, right? Nope. They refused to call my pharmacist back for 2 days. Because. Of that, I ran out of my seizure and high blood pressure medication. All because they wouldn't answer the phone, and work with another professional. Terrible. No excuse for that. Thankfully on the 3rd day of trying to get a transfer done, someone answered the phone and actually did the transfer. I will never use this pharmacy again, I simply can't trust that they will do their jobs in a timely manner. I depend on these meds, like a lot of people. I won't let this pharmacy put my health in jeopardy again.

I have been a Stage 4 Breast Cancer patient at IU Methodist Cancer Center since 2015. There is no cure for my cancer; only treatment and medication for the rest of my life. Long story short: the new staff at IU Pharmacy at Methodist should be ashamed of themselves. Up until about one year ago I never had problems getting medication a couple days early per my oncologist. Now I am treated like I have done something wrong or given the run around as to when I can get refills. Today I was treated so badly and after all that I still don’t have my medication. The medicine is taken as needed and a 25 day supply. I fill like giving up! How that pharmacist treated and talked to me was insane with zero compassion. Now I have to go through more mess to get this medicine tomorrow. I have chronic pain that I can’t describe. Have to talk to text these words. Those women played in my face all day today. I pray my oncologist is able to resolve this problem because no one who is suffering with chronic illness and pain should be treated with such disrespect. For the staff that actually does their job thank you. For the individuals this morning and afternoon know this will be reported to the proper officials.

I went to the Doctor yesterday at 8am my doctor put an order in for my blood pressure pills at 9am I went to work ,blood pressure was still high and I'm like I can get it when I'm off work..Went to the pharmacy at 545pm and they didn't have my order in...Was told they didn't see it that they can have it filled in 15mins,so after siting for 15mins I come back they told me they don't have they ran out of the pills that I need that I should come back tommorrow morning...I come back next day before clocking in for work and they told me they still don't have my blood pressure medicine ...This place is so disorganized..Hope when I go on lunch I can talke my blood pressure pills

Great pharmacy! The staff is always nice regardless of the medication you pick up and i know thats not always the case!
