My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed and they are very kind very sweet and understanding they've done an absolutely wonderful job I highly recommend this hospital to anybody that needs any type of surgery or procedure done Dr Chin she is the best surgeon and she is very highly recommended

Not at all happy I been getting my children medicines here for year's. I have never had to go so many hoops just to get my son's prescription filled. His doctor called me twice yesterday saying they couldn't reach the pharmacy yesterday and told me it should be ready in the morning get up there still not ready. Had to wait another 35 minutes to a hour. I don't have to wait at my pharmacy that I get my other prescriptions from this Is ridiculous. They need better management and less talking to get the job done in a timely manner.. Make sure u plan ahead when waiting on a prescription from this pharmacy. And the staff didn't even seem like she was trained properly She was telling me she asked them several times a question and they just ignored her. Do better very bad training and poor management from what I could see. The lady at the window asking for our children date of birth couldn't even hear because they was being to loud while they are supposed to be filling medication's.. Then the technician looking at me like I'm the problem because yes I was upset because why are u looking at me and not focused on your job. Do your job ‼️Not at all professional. Poor management

Took over an hour to get my son’s medicine and he was late on his treatment regimen. In the future if I bring my kids back to Riley I will need to build in a ton of extra time to compensate for this slow service. The person working with customers was not very helpful and blamed everyone else for the speed of the service.

Riley Retail Pharmacy is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we have the medication we need.
