I really hate to leave a bad review, but this pharmacy has become borderline unsafe at this point (my meds are out of my system due to their delays even if I refill in plenty of time). On at least 3 different occasions, I've gone without one med bc they must manually fix some issue (they said it's easy, just annoying). This time they closed very early on a Friday, but since Monday's a holiday, they won't resume work on filling my scripts until Tuesday. 😡 They were already behind on these scripts, and it feels like someone just wanted to enjoy the time off. They're also frequently out of stock, and now they cut their standard business hours! They do send a text when they close due to an unforeseen occurrence which seems to happen more often nowadays. I chose this pharm bc of the late night drive-thru, but now they're flat out closed on weekends, and they got rid of all late night hours. After I get these filled, I'll probably request they transfer to CVS. A shame because I LOVE Walgreens as a store, and the pharmacists were way better than those at Walmart who constantly called my doc to verify the exact same script I filled every, single month. Maybe CVS will have competent pharmacists AND open hours?! Ugh. I want to give my business to Walgreens, but I also need my medications filled without delays or unexpected closures.

Scheduled an appointment days ahead and no one bothered to inform me that the vaccine I needed needs to be ordered before hand making me waste my time coming there only to send me back and to tell me Walgreens doesn’t accept my insurance. All these information could have been relayed to me ahead of time so I can find other options. And the doctor was being rude about it too while the female pharmacist was trying to be empathetic.

I used the drive through pharmacy mid-day. I arrived just before 2, when I was told my prescription would be ready (5 hours after it was called in for pre-packaged prescription). I was the only car in line. I was still waiting for someone to acknowledge me at 2:35, almost passed out in the car waiting for someone. It took another half hour after that to get my prescriptions. I will definitely be adjusting my preferred pharmacy location to the CVS across the street. If you're trying to find a reason to get out of the house, I'd definitely recommend this pharmacy since you'll have lots of alone time in your car while you wait.

My experience was pretty good, the online photo is pretty cool. If you live downtown Indianapolis, it's a pretty convenient location. The draw back is the customer service, and long lines can try your patience.

No wonder they have 2.6 starts tried to load money thing couldn’t read my card once and she refused to try again. Went to CVS across the street worked fine!Friendly and looking happy to work. Walgreens you need to shut this one down too. Should have kept the one on Emerson open
