This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy experience I have ever had. I have gone in multiple times to pick up my medication, only to find the pharmacy randomly closed because they had no employees available. This is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy that provides medications people depend on. This is medication I need, and without it I can become very sick. I ended up going there five different times, and my prescription still was not filled. On top of that, the customer service from management was terrible. The only positives were that the pharmacy staff has been helpful when they are actually open, and one employee went above and beyond to help me find the issue with the prescription, which I appreciated. Other than that, this Walgreens has been extremely frustrating and unreliable. I will be picking up my medication whenever they finally reopen, and after that I am switching to CVS. I will also be avoiding shopping at this location in the future.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered! There have been several times that I go to pick up my medicine and they are randomly closed due to having no employees. Now yesterday I went and asked for my prescription to be filled. I was told come back at 2:30pm. Had to take my child to ER to get X-ray. Came back at 4:30 to a sign that says closed until 6pm tomorrow doe to technical difficulties!!! This a medication that I need or I get very sick! This is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy that distributes medication that people depend on to be completely inaccessible so often!!! I am getting my medicine WHENEVER THEY OPEN and I am going back to CVS!

Terrible customer service from management and the make up department. The pharmacy is great and there was an employee that went above and beyond to find me a shopping cart. Other than that I will avoid shopping here 🫡

Located on the southwest corner of W 16th St and N Meridian St. Was in the area on an out of town trip and needed to pick up a prescription. My health care system sent over a prescription to this location and the pharmacy processed it with no issues. Shortly after my prescription was sent over to Walgreens, the pharmacy called me to let me know it was ready for pick-up. The pharmacist at the counter was super helpful, clear, and concise when providing me with instruction on how to take the medication. Didn't rush the interaction and was available to answer any question I may have had.
