Aris Jaquez is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out with a tricky billing situation, spending nearly 40 minutes calling around to find a solution. Throughout the call, he remained calm and courteous, and even managed to help his colleagues while also multitasking on a screen. This CVS is extremely fortunate to have someone like Aris on staff.

This pharmacy is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy. The women who answer the calls is kind, smart and very thoughtful. She calls back when she says and even calls just to make sure I understood her voicemails. This place runs smooth because she's your best ever front line. Pay her a lot more. or give bonus CVS. She's the one the takes the scripts in, not the check-out people who are also nice but not the super rockstar she is.

Basic nightmare, I’ve switched to another pharmacy after endless problems caused by the staff and their rudeness. I’ve done everything in good faith to call and order my meds in advance which is something they can’t do apparently; but heads-up I don’t work for CVS, I don’t get paid by them. I don’t need to do extra work for them either. This is a large town, they need to plan accordingly for their customer base and stop blaming everything on the customers... Level of service here is outright horrible.

Requested a transfer to this CVS and was seriously impressed. The pharmacist called me within a few hours to let me know that a generic version of my prescription was significantly cheaper than the name brand my insurance had selected. Saved me $75 on the spot. I’ve never had a pharmacy go the extra mile like this.

This is a great pharmacy. They have a little bit of everything. They have a lot of things locked up, which means that a lot of people are stealing things. But the best things are not locked up like the elevator and the escalator and the snacks. They have a great selection and the people who work there were super friendly. I will definitely go back here again if I’m ever in town, which is unlikely cause I only went there for one time cruise, which was really great and I think everybody should go on a cruise at least once and maybe you can go visit the CVS when you’re in town.
