Had a few visits and all absolutely horrible. They are rude and incompetent. Matches with everyone’s experience. First visit, was just asking a few questions about the prescription, and the guy got impatient and started yelling I don’t know! Second time, the girl said my insurance is not contracted with them. Didn’t even check on the computer. Had to contact my insurance and they are in network. Went back again and they checked again and say oh it is. Like why you giving wrong information to patient without even checking? Do they even realize they are a service provider, not someone we owe money?

This CVS is conveniently located near SLU. The pharmacy manager Nicholas and his team are always friendly and patient, even during the extremely busy weekdays. The rest of the store team is also always willing to help, and they’re prompt when needed. The operations manager, Myk, is particularly helpful. If something’s out of stock, he goes out of his way to find an alternative.

Pharmacy staff are unwilling to be helpful and provide requested information, delaying critical medication by at least 4 days. Given their negligence, requested a prescription transfer and CVS pharmacy had the audacity to deny the transfer despite being unable to provide any assistance or be useful in any way.

THE WORST experience at a pharmacy ever. My father just had cardio arrest and literally just got out of hospital, and when I try to refill his meds the staff was extremely rude to my husband and I, disrespectful, and impatient. This is literally life saving medicine and I have called other CVS none had this issue of cross state prescription pick up. Unbelievable. The staff is so sarcastic and rude on his words implying that we don’t know anything about the prescription, which is not true at all since I personally refilled the meds in another state not long ago. He then picked on insurance and wouldn’t update his insurance on file because it is out of state, doesn’t even bother to check. I know the insurance is fine since I’ve called them before I went to the pharmacy. I ended up not getting any meds for my father and we are now in an extreme anxious state. Those long meds names should already be on my father’s file but he insists me to literally pronounce all of them for him. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had experience with. The worker at the counter repeatedly refused to answer my prescription related questions and told me I need to use their ipads instead. I have a very time sensitive prescription that is critical for my health, and this refusal to do his basic job wasted days of my life I could have been properly medicated. Three days later the same guy does answer my question, only to tell me my medication costs 1500$ per month. I figured that there is a discount program that can cut costs to 25$/ month and came to the pharmacy too process it, but the principal pharmacist erroneously told me my prescription is above limit for this program and refused to clarify this by calling the manufacturer hotline. Later that day I discovered that the same medication costs 111$ per month without the insurance coverage at Amazon Pharmacy. As such, I am convinced they bump the price and refused service on purpose so that some desperate people pay thousands out of pocket. Either that or they are grossly incompetent and aren't worth their customers time.
